Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
【OTICE is hereby given that Polyphonwerke Aktiengesellschaft, of 76, Markgrafenstrasse, Berlin S. W. 68, Germany, have, by an application. dated the 2nd day of August, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---
Polyphon
in the name of the said Polyphonwerke Aktiengesellschaft, who claim to he the sole proprietors thereof.
The above Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Talking machines, phonographs and wireless telephonic apparatus and parts of and accessories for Talking Machines, phonographs and wireless telephonic apparatus, and Records for Talking Machines, in Class 8.
The above Trade Mark is to be associated with the "Polydor” trade mark, File No. 230 of 1928, pending appliention.
Facsimiles of the above Trade Mark can be seen at the Registry of Trade Marks and the office of the undersigned.
