The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicant but it is
his intention so to use it forthwith, in respect of Tea, in Class 42.

No. 2 in respect of all goods included, in Class 2 since April 1st, 1928. No. 3 in respect of all goods included, in Class 3 since October 1st, 1925. No. 4 in respect of all goods included in Class 3 since April 1st, 1928. Marks numbered 5 and 6 have not hitherto been used by the Appli- cants but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of all goods included in Class 3.
The Trade Mark No. 4 to be associated with Trade Mark No. 69 of 1911, No. 112 of 1912 No. 273 of 1922 and No. 196 of 1923.
