SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOTS Nos. 1 AND 2.

1. The Purchaser shall within 12 months from the date of sale and to the satisfaction of Director of Public Works, fill the Lot (coloured red) and adjoining road area (coloured yellow) as shown on a plan deposited in the office of District Officer, North.

2. On completion of the filling specified in condition (1) the Purchaser shall hand over to Government free of charge the area required for roads (coloured yellow).

3. The Purchaser shall within 12 months from the date of sale and to the satisfac- tion of the Director of Public Works, construct a sea wall on the North and West sides of the Lot, of such materials as the Director of Public Works may direct.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOTS Nos. 3 AND 18.

1. The Purchaser shall construct to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, such retaining walls of approved materials as he may direct.

2. The Purchaser shall be responsible for damage caused on the site.
