The Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2 have not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances used for Agricultural, Horticul- tural, Vetinary and Sanitary purposes, in Class 2.

The Trade Marks Nos. 3 to 24 inclusive have been used by the Applicants in respect of Chemical substances prepared for used in Medicine and Pharmacy, in Class 3.

The Trade Mark No. 25 has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances prepared for as in Medicine and Pharmacy, in Class 3.
