-OfICE is hereby given that the Court has, by virtue of Section 58 of the Probate Ordinance, 1897. made an Order limiting the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above Estate to the 8th day of December, 1928.
All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send in their claims to the Indersigned on or before that date.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Shing Choy Company, No. 207, Des Kong, General Merchants, on the 3rd day of October, 1928, applied for the Voeux Road West, (ground floor), Victoria, in the Colony of Hong registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz:-

in the name of The Shing Choy Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in Class 42, in respect of Garlies.
Fascimiles of the above trade mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the undersigned.
