N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Leung Shin Man, Leung Sing Po, Leung Kwong Hi and Leung Tak Fai all of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business under the style of The Yee Wo Cheong Firm, and The Wing Mow Kui Firm of No. 5, Centre Street, Victoria. aforesaid thereinafter called the Transferors"), have this day transferred the business of the said Yee Wo Cheong Firm, and the Wing Mow Kui Firm, to Leung Ting Kon, of the same address thereinafter called "the Transferce").

The Transferce intends to carry on the said business at the same address and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Trans- Terors in the said business prior to the date hereof.
