17. Section 16 debars a money-lender from issuing execution without leave of the Court.
18. Section 17 repeals the Money-lenders Ordinance, 1911, and the regulations made thereunder, but con- tains a saving clause as to the validity and continuance of any agreement entered into prior to the commence- ment of the Ordinance accompanied with a proviso that on the coming into operation of this Ordinance, all of its provisions shall apply where practicable to any agreement made prior to the commencement of this Ordinance.
19. Section 18 enacts a date for its coming into operation.
