NOTICE is hereby given that Pro-ply-lac-tic Brush Company, whose registered office is situate at Northampton, County of Hampshire, State of Massachusetts, in the United States of America, have, on the 27th day of June, 1928, applied for registration in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of Pro-phy-lac-tic Brush Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The above trade marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of tooth brushes and toilet brushes, in Class 50.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the representa- tion of a brush.

The application is limited to the colours shown on the trade marks. The trade marks are to be associated with each other and with trade marks, Nos. 199 of 1921 and No. 10 of 1928,

Facsimiles of such trade marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
