No. S. 391.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 24th day of November, 1928, for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees from the Botanical and Forestry Department for the year 1929.

For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this Office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

No. S. 392.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for supplying Blacksoil and Turfing", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 24th day of November, 1928, for supplying blacksoil and turfing to the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1929.

For forms of tender apply at this Office, where specifications and other particulars may be obtained.

No. S. 393 -It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Supply of Labour and Stores, Botanical and Forestry Department", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 24th day of November, 1928, for the supply of labour and stores to the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1929.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $200 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
