appeared in the Gazette on the 18th November and 30th December, 1927, was by a mistake stated to be the name or alias of Kenneth Ivan Hing, but it is in fact an alias of the late Chan Kwong Hing, otherwise known as Charles Chan Hing, of 272, Portland Street, Kowloon.

confirming the reduction of the capital of the above Company froni £1,000,000 divided into 1,000,000 shares of $1 each of which 350,000 shares have been issued to £947,500 divided into 947,500 shares of £1 each was on the 21st., day of September, 1928, presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong and is now pending. A list of the persons admitted to have been creditors of the above Company, on the 1st., day of November, 1928, (the date fixed by the Registrar in pursuance of the Order of the Court in this matter dated the 26th day of October, 1928), may be inspected at the offices of Messrs. Deacons the solicitors to the Company, at No. 1, Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong, at any time during usual business hours.

Any person who claims to have been on the last mentioned day and still to be a Creditor of the Company and who is not entered in the said list and claims to be so entered must on or be- fore the Sth day of November, 1928, send his name and address and the particulars of his claim and the name and address of his solicitors (if any) to the undersigned at No. 1, Des Voeux Road, Central aforesaid or in default thereof he will be precluded from objecting to the pro- posed reduction of capital.
