SECOND and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the matter of Fong Tat Hang, the above-named debtor adjudicated bankrupt on the 3rd day of December, 1927.

Creditors who have not proved their debts by the 26th day of November, 1928, will be excluded.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in Class 42, in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in food, since 1927, and is intended to be used by the Ap- plicants in Class 2, in respect of Chemical Substances used for agricultural, horticultural, veterinary and sanitary purposes, and in Class 50, in respect of Old newspaper and (1) Goods manufactured from ivory, bone or wood, not in- cluded in other classes, (2) Goods manufactured from straw or grass, not included in other classes, (3) Goods manufactured from animal and vegetable substances, not included in other classes, (4) Tobacco pipes, (5) Umbrellas, walk- ing sticks, brushes, and combs, (6) Furniture cream, plate powder, (7) Tarpauline, tents, rick-cloths, rope, twine, (8) Buttons of all kinds other than of precious metal or imitations thereof, (9) Packing and hose of all kinds and (10) Goods not included in the foregoing classes.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Motor

Boat "M.B. Cheong Lee 2" now lying in the Harbour of Hong Kong, will be transferred to Ng Sam on the 27th day of October, 1928. The name and address of the Transferor is Chan Choy of No. 19, Portland Street, (1st floor), Yaumati tn the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong. The name of the Transferee is Ng Sam.

The Transferee intendeds to carry on the said business with the said Motor Boat “M.B. Cheong Lee 2" and transfer its name into "Luen Cheong" and will not be responsible for any of the liabilities incurred in the busi- ness hitherto carried on by the Transferor.
