The Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 2 have not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances used for Agricultural, Horticul- tural, Vetinary and Sanitary purposes, in Class 2.

The Trade Marks Nos. 3 to 24 inclusive have been used by the Applicants in respect of Chemical substances prepared for used in Medicine and Pharmacy, in Class 3.

The Trade Mark No. 25 has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention to use the same forthwith in respect of Chemical substances prepared for use in Medicine and Pharmacy, in Class 3.

The Trade Mark No. 25 is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 266 of 1922 and 136

of 1926.

Facsimiles of each Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
