NOTICE is hereby given that ('yelax Limit-

ed, of 58, South Molton Street, London, W.1, England, Manufacturers, on the 14th day of August, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark, viz :—

CYCLAX

in the name of the said Cyclax Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in Class 3, in respect of Chemical Substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy and in Class 48, in respect of Hair preparations, toilet soap (perfumed), dentifrices, perfumery and kindred preparations included, in Class 48.
