OTICE is hereby given that The B. V. D. Company Incorporated of 319 West Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland United States of America, a Corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, have, on the 14 day of October, 1928, applied for the registra- tion in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of The B. V. D, Company Incor- porated, who claim to be the sole proprietors. thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Appli- cants in respect of :--

Shirts, drawers, union suits and athletic clothing, namely, ruming pants and athletic shirts worn by men, women and children in Class 38.

The Mark has been declared to be distinctive in the name of The Lee Kung Man Fook Kee by order of His Excellency the Officer Ad- Knitting Factory, who claim to be the pro-ministrating the Government under Section 9 prietors thereof.

The above two Trade Marks are intended to He used forthwith in respect of Articles of Clothing in Class 35.

Representations of the above trade marks : are deposited for inspection in the oflices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, and of the undersigned.
