No. S. 209.--It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at 11.30 a.m., on Wednesday, the 1st day of August, 1928.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Lots Nos. 1 to 6 as Building Lots, Lot No. 7 as Orchard Lot and Lots Nos. 8 to 10 as Agricultural Lots subject to the General Condition of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924. Lots Nos. 1 to 6 are further subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a). Lots Nos. 7 to 10 are further subject to Special Condition No. 1. (a), (b) and (e) published in the above Government Notification. Lots Nos. 3, 6 and 7 are further subject to the Special Condition hereunder specified.
The amounts to be spent on each Building Lot in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 are $250, $250, $750, $250, $250 and $250 respectively.

SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 3.
The Purchaser shall at his own expense and to the satisfaction of the District Officer, North, construct, surface and maintain a path on the N.E. and S.E. of and adjoining the Lot. The breadth of the path to be not more than four feet.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 6.
The Purchaser shall construct, surface and maintain to the satisfaction of the District. Officer, a path not less than four feet in width on the W. side of the Lot.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 7.
Area to be planted with fruit trees and maintained to District Officer's satisfaction within two years from date of sale.
