of the Tat Lee Company, late of No. 30, Lee Tung Strect, First Floor, Victoria, Hong Kong, Building Contractors was transfered to us the Shing Tsun Tong of No. 63, Queen's Road East, First Floor, Victoria, aforesaid on the 14th day of February, 1928. We have now appointed Mr. Chung Tsung, (M),
as our manager who has full authority to sign contracts, to make and to receive payments, and to use the chop of the company on our behalf. Any document without Mr. Chung Tsung's signature thereto shall not be re- cognised.
