The above trade mark has already been used by the applicants in respect of electric batteries under Class 8.
The applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the English words and Chinese characters on the mark, with the Exception of the name of the Company.
The mark is to be associated with four Trade Marks, File No. 363 of 1928, pending registration.
The registration is limited to the colours as shown on the facsimiles of the mark which can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hong Kong, or of the undersigned.
