Y an order of the Court dated the 19th day of May, 1928, it is ordered that the dis- charge of Yau Yuk Chuen, a partner in the above-named debtor firm be suspended for six months and that he be discharged as from the 19th day of November, 1928, subject to the following condition; namely that he should consent to judgment being entered against him in the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, by the Official Receiver and Trustee for the sum of $2,000.00 being part of the debts provable in the Bankruptcy which is not satisfied at the date of this order, and for $15.00 costs of judgment.

OTICE is hereby given that on Friday, the 29th June, 1928, a drawing for the redemption of one hundred Debentures will be held in the Office of the Club ---York Building, at 5.30 p.m.
The numbers of the Debentures drawn will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette and the local Newspapers, and holders of drawn Debentures may, upon giving notice to the Secretary waiving the six months' notice to which they are entitled, apply on the 16th July, 1928, to the Secretary, for payment of the principal and interest to the 15th July, 1928.
