Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

TOTICE is hereby given that I. G. Farbenindustric Aktiengesellschaft

Germany, lure, on of

1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

LEVERKUSEN B. KÖLNA.RH. LUDWIGSHAFENA.RH.

in the name of I. G. Farbenindustrie Aktiengesellschaft, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of :-

Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography or philosophi- cal research and anti-corrosives in Class 1 and in respect of haw or partly prepared vegetable animal and mineral substances used in manufactures, not included in other classes in Class 4.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 144-144, 145, 145, 145, 146, 146, 146, 146 of 1887, and 145 of 1888 in Class 1 and Nos. 100, 106 of 1900, 35 of 1909 and 368 of 1924.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the Undersigned.
