has, by virtue of Section 3 of the Probates Ordinance 1897, made an order limit- ing the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 29th day of June, 1928.

The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at No. 67, Reclamation Street, Yamnati aforesaid, and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the said Transferors in the said business.
