The trade mark is intended to be used by the applicant in respect of Articles of Clothing în Class No. 38.

The applicant undertakes not to use the Cross in red on a white ground.

Facsimiles of the above trade mark are de- posited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the under- signed.
