The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since January, 1927, in respect of Beer, in Class 43.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the applicants in respect of the goods mentioned in the application, namely, Patent Medicines, in Class 3, for upwards of 5 years now last past.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the words appearings on the mark with the exception of the word Mission" and the name of the Company and to the exclusive use of the representation of an orange.
