TOTICE is hereby given that the Court has, by virtue of the provisions of Section 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897, made an order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to 24th of May, 1928.

All creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that late.

, it being the intention of the partners in the said firm to register the partnership business under the provisions of the said Ordinance.

Any person objecting to the said persons being registered as the respective representatives of the said five several tongs as set out in the Schedule hereunder in the firm of Messrs. E Hing and Company, for the purposes aforesaid should communicate such objection in writing to the Registrar of Companies the Supreme Court of Hong Kong within one month from the date hereof.
