1. Purchaser shall plant
SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
(a) Fifty orange trees (any variety) on the Lot by 30th April, 1929.
(b) of the Lot with pine-apples by 28th February, 1929.
(c) Remainder of the Lot with any other fruits or vegetables by 31st Septem-
ber, 1929, to the satisfaction of District Officer, North.
2. Purchaser shall not interfere with the existing graves on the Lot.
No. S. 136. It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at 11.30 a.m., on Wednesday, the 16th day of May, 1928.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Lots Nos. 1 to 8 as Building Lots and Lots Nos. 9 to 12 as Agricultural Lots subject to the General Condition of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924. Lots Nos. 1 to 8 are further subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a). Lots Nos. 9 to 12 are further subject to Special Condition No. 1 (a), (b) and (c) published in the above Government Notification.
The amounts to be spent on each Building Lot in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 are $8,000, $250, $750, $500, $250, $250, $750 and $100 respectively.
