The mark has been used by the said company since February, 1925, in respect of fruit juices, beverages, essential oils of fruit, citrus peel, candied citrus peel and other by products of fruit in Class 42.

Representations of the mark are deposited for inspection at the office of

the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the words Mission" and the appearings on the mark with the exception of the word name of the Company and to the exclusive use of the representation of an

orange.

NOTICE is hereby given that Chung Ying Liu trading as The Kwong Chow Knitting Factory of Nos. 123 and 125, Om Yau Street, Shumsuipo, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and No. 25, Sai Loy Street, Western Suburb, Canton, Pro- vince of Kwong Tung, China, has on the 3rd day of April, 1928, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark, viz :—

in the name of Chung Ying Liu trading as The Kwong Chow Knitting Factory, who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof.

The trade mark is intended to be used by the applicant in respect of Articles of Clothing in Class No. 38.

The applicant undertakes not to use the Cross in red on a white ground.

Facsimiles of the above trade mark are de- posited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the under- signed.
