on the terms that a sum sufficient to defray the Official Receiver's fees and expenses and to distribute a dividend of 10 per cent on the debtor's unsecured liabilities be paid to the Official Receiver for distribution among the creditors.

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to pay such dividend on the 14th May next, and that any creditor who has not proved his claim before that date will be excluded.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 144-144, 145, 145, 145, 146, 146, 146, 146xшl of 1887, and 145 of 1888 in Class 1 and Nos. 100, 106 of 1900, 35 of 1909 and 368 of 1924.
