HE Business and Goodwill of the Architec- tural Department of this Company will be taken over as a going concern as on and from the 1st April, 1928, by Mr. Geo. W. Grey, F.RIB.A., F.S.I., and Mr. J. Bentley Hawker, who propose to practice under the firm name of Grey and Hawker, and this Company there- fore hereby gives formal notice that it will not be responsible for any liabilities in connection with such business incurred after that date.

General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the Offices of the Liquidator, Messrs. Lowe, Bingham and Matthews, Chartered Bank Building, 3, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, on Saturday, 12th May, 1928, at 12 o'clock noon precisely for the purpose of having the account of the Liquida- tor, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to pass the following Extraordinary Resolution, viz:--

"That the Books, Accounts and Docu- ments of the Company, and of the Liquidator thereof be retained by the Liquidator, ho undertaking to destroy the same at the expira- tion of five years from the dissolu- tion of the Company."
