OTICE is hereby given that the Third Ordinary Yearly Meeting of Hong Kong Telephone Company, Limited, will be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of April, 1928, at the Board Room of the Company, Second Floor, Exchange Building, Hong Kong, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts and the Report of the Board of Directors, for the financial Year endod 31st December, 1927, confirming the appoint- ment of three Directors and re-electing two Directors and the Auditors.

The said Borrow- ing Note has been lost and we accordingly give Further Notice that the said sum of Ten Thousand Dollars having been paid off the said Borrowing Note given by Mr. Tong Oi Ting to us in respect of the loan is deemed to have been cancelled and is of no effect.
