Notice of Second Meeting of Creditors.

T the First Meeting of the Creditors in the above matter held at the Official Receiver's Office, on the 23rd day of February, 1928, it was resolved by special resolution of the creditors present to entertain a proposal for a composition, the terms of which were all the Assets disclosed in the Debtor's State- ment of Affairs be distributed to Creditors, in addition Chau Tsoi Kam, will pay $4,000 Hong Kong, Notes and $5,200 Canton Coins, Contingent upon the approval of the composi- tion.

The meeting for the purpose of deciding whe- ther the above resolution shall be confirmed will be held at the Official Receiver's Office, on Thursday, the 12th day of April, 1928, at 10.30 a.m.

The proposal for a composition can be con- firmed only by a majority in number, represent- ing three-fourths in value, of all the creditors who have proved, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
