14.-(1) Every employer of a police watchman shall on or before the Payment for last day of each month pay to the Treasurer in respect of each police watch- man who shall have been in his employment for any part of such month, other than ship's guards and casual watchmen, the sum of $1 per month or part of a month, for police supervision.
(2) Every person who employs a casual police watchman shall, within seven days of the receipt of the certificate referred to in Regulation [9] 13 (3), pay to the Treasurer the sum of twenty cents for every day of such employ- ment as certified by the Captain Superintendent of Police, for police supervi- sion. In this paragraph "day" includes an incomplete day.
15. Subject to the provisions of Regulation [13] 17, no watchman shall be entitled to pay in respect of any time during which he is not employed.
16. Every employer to whom any watchman is supplied by the Captain Superintendent of Police shall, except where a supervision fee is to be paid, forthwith pay to the Captain Superintendent of Police a fee of $1 in respect of the supplying of such watchman, provided that the said supply- ing fee of $1 shall not be payable if the watchman is supplied by way of transfer, or substitution, at the instance of the Captain Superintendent of Police.

17. Every employer of a police watchman shall give to the Captain Notice by Superintendent of Police one month's notice in writing of intention to dis- pense with the services of any police watchman employed by him, other than a casual police watchman, or else pay to the Treasurer forthwith upon dis- pensing with the services of any such watchman a sum equal to one month's pay at the rate at which such watchman immediately before his services were dispensed with was entitled to be paid, together with the additional sum of $3 in respect of quarters where free quarters were provided by the employer: provided that it shall be lawful for the Captain Superintendent of Police to waive such notice or payment or to accept shorter notice or to authorize the Treasurer to accept a reduced payment.
18. Every employer of a police watchman shall report to the Captain Superintendent of Police all cases of negligence or misconduct on the part of any police watchman in his employment, and shall give every assistance to any police officer in the work of inspecting police watchmen on duty, other than ship's guards, and of maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all [registered] police watchmen.
19. It shall be lawful for the Captain Superintendent of Police to order any police watchman to leave the employment of any particular employer upon his supplying such employer, if such employer so desires, with another police watchman in substitution for the watchman so ordered to leave, and upon such order being issued the watchman so ordered to leave shall leave accordingly.
