NOTICE is hereby given that Arthur Balfour and Company, Limited, whose registered office is situate in the City of Sheffield, England, and whose Head Office in the Far East is situate at No. 8 Museum Road, Shanghai, in the Republic of China, Steel Converters, Melters and Manufac- turers, on the 25th November, 1927, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz:-

Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that Società Anonima Fsco Cinzano & Cia, a

Joint Stock Company existing under the laws of Italy, manufacturers of wines, liquors and non-alcoholic beverages, of 86 Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Turin, Italy, have, on the 27th day of October, 1927, applied for the registration in Ilong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of Società Anonima Fsco Cinzano & Cia, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants, in respect of :-Fermented liquors and spirits, in Class 43 and substances used as food or as ingredients in food, in Class 42,

A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The above Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants since 1907 in respect of the following goods :-

(a) Machinery of all kinds and parts of machinery in Class 6. (b) Agricultural and horticultural machinery and parts of such

machinery in Class 7.

(c) Cutlery and edge tools in Class 12.

(d) Metal goods in Class 13.

Trade Mark No. (2) in respect of :-

(a) Agricultural and hor icultural machinery and parts of

such machinery in Class 7.

(b) Metal Goods in Class 13.

Trade Mark No. (3) in respect of :-

(a) Machinery of all kinds and parts of machinery in Class 6. (b) Agricultural and horticultural machinery and parts of such

machinery in Class 7.

(c) Cutlery and edge tools in Class 12.

(d) Metal Goods in Class 13.

In respect of Trade Mark No. (3) the Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of all the words appearing on the mark except the words "Red, White & Blue' and that the Applicants limit the use of the mark to the colours specified, namely "Red, White & Blue".
