HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 51. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Summer Uniform for Boarding Officers, Boatmen and Seamen etc. of Harbour Department", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 9th day of March, 1928, for the supply of the above mentioned uniform for this Department.

Samples of uniform may be seen, and form of tender obtained at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 52.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to Steam-launch II.D. 2", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 9th day of March, 1928.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

No. S. 53.-Tenders are invited for the supply to the Government of Hong Kong of one Steam Driven Launch. Length about 59 feet, speed not less than 9 knots.

Details of lay out required may be obtained on application to the Harbour Master.

Price not to exceed $25,000.

Tenders in quadruplicate and specification and drawings in duplicate will be received at the Office of the Colonial Secretary up to Noon on March 9th, 1928.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Harbour Master and the Govern- ment Marine Surveyor.

No. S. 54.--It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that the Examination Service Test, referred to in the foot note to Government Notification No. S. 140 published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette, No. 26 of the 17th June, 1927, has been postponed and will not now take place on the 27th and 28th of February or 1st and 2nd March, 1928.

A further notice will be published in due course.
