The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants as following:-

graphy and philosophical research and anticorrosives, in Class 1.

As to Trade Mark No. 23 in respect of Fertilisers, in Class 2.

As to Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 in Yespect of dyes other than

mineral, in Class 4.

As to Trade Marks Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 in respect of raw or partly prepared vegetable

animal or mineral substances used in manufactures, not included in other classes in Class 4. The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the letter "I" appearing in Trade Marks Nos. 1

and 2.

Trade Mark No. 4 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 118 XVIII of 1894.

Trade Mark No. 5 is to be associated with Trade Marks No. 15 LIIB of 1889 and 52 XCIII of 1892.

Trade Mark No. 7 is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 52 LVIII of 1892, 55 XIXB of 1892, 118 XLIV of 1894 and 118 XLVI of 1894.

Trade Mark No. 9 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 12 F2 of 1889.

Trade Mark No. 17 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 118 XXX of 1894.

Trade Mark No. 18 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 48 of 1902. Trade Mark No. 19 is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 52 L of 1892.

Trade Mark No. 20 is to be associated with Trade Marks Nos. 15 VIIB of 1889, 55 XIXB of 1892 and 118 XXIV of 1894.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the Undersigned.
