NOTICE is hereby given that General Motors Corporation, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, doing business in the General Motors Building, West Grand Boulevard and Cass Avenue, in the City of Detroit, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, United States of America, have, on the 26th day of January, 1927, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

In each class goods consisting of or containing a magnet are exclud-

ed.

As to Mark No. 2 in respect of all ordinary electric goods not con-

sisting of or containing a magnet in Class 13.

As to Mark No. 4 in respect of glass, in particular, globos and shades, and not necessarily sheet and plate glass in Class 15.

Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 are to be associated one with the other in cach class and also with Trade Mark No. 50 of 1912.
