Obstruction to Navigation.
Under authority conferred by section 22 (5) of Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, it is hereby notified that on and after Monday, January 9th, 1928, and until further notice dredging operations will be carried out off Tsim-sha-tsui, Kowloon Point in an area
bounded as follows:-
North Boundary
22° 17′ 47′′ N. 22° 17′ 31′′ N.
Lat. Lat. Long. 114° 10′ 21′′ E.
South Boundary
East Boundary
West Boundary
Long. 114° 9′ 45′′ E.
Masters of all vessels are to proceed at a speed not greater than five knots when approaching and in the vicinity of this area and are not to pass between the dredger and anchor buoys.
Warning is hereby given that survey operations will be carried out from time to time in connection with the dredging of this area.
Masters of vessels are warned to keep clear of all sampans, motor boats and buoys used on this work which shall cach carry a red flag and to keep a good lookout for all craft so employed.
Government Gazette Notice No. 369 of 9th December, 1927, is hereby cancelled.
