The First Meeting of Creditors will be held on Thursday, the 19th day of December, 1940, at 11 a m. in the Official Receiver's Office, Supreme Court, Hong Kong.
NOTE:-All debts due to the estate should be paid to me.

Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Leung Keung (trading as The Chun Hing Factory at Po Tai Yuen, Kowloon City, in the Dependency of Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Paper Manufacturers (hereinafter called "the Trans- feror") has agreed to transfer the said busi- ness of The Chun Hing Factory including the goodwill, stock-in-trade, machinery, equip- ments, tools, furniture, fixtures and fittings
thereof to Li Yue Hing (李汝慶) of
No. 27, Shantung Street (1st floor, Mongkok, Kowloon aforesaid (bereinafter called "the Transferee").
The Transfer will be completed at the Offices of Messrs. Leo. D'Almada & Co., Solicitors,

OTICE is hereby given that a Petition presented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 3rd day of December, 1940, for confirming the reduction of the capital of the above mentioned Company from £500,000 to £250,000 is directed to be heard before His Honour The Chief Justice on Friday the 20th day of December, 1910, at 10 a m.
Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Com- pany under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose.
