Transfers of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Leung Keung (trading as The Chun Hing Factory at Po Tai Yuen, Kowloon City, in the Dependency of Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Paper Manufacturers (hereinafter called "the Trans- feror") has agreed to transfer the said busi- ness of The Chun Hing Factory including the goodwill, stock-in-trade, machinery, equip- ments, tools, furniture, fixtures and fittings

thereof to Li Yue Hing (李汝慶) of

No. 27, Shantung Street (1st floor, Mongkok, Kowloon aforesaid (bereinafter called "the Transferee").

The Transfer will be completed at the Offices of Messrs. Leo. D'Almada & Co., Solicitors,
