The Transfer will be completed on the Thirty-first day of December One thousand nine hundred and forty. The Transferee in- tends to carry on the said business at the same address and under the same name of Chardhaven Hotel and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor prior to the date of completion.
