NOTICE is hereby given that Kian Gwan Company, India, Limited of
Bank of East Asia Building, of No. 10, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, by an application dated the 22nd day of October, 1940, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
"DAISY"

in the name of Kian Gwan Company, India, Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 42 in respect of Wheat Flour.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
This Trade Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 165/1935 also registered in the name of Kian Gwan Company, India, Limited.
