No. S. 522.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should. be clearly marked "Tender for Manure Bins at Kennedy Town Cattle Depot", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 18th day of November, 1940. The work consists of erecting 9 Manure Bins in concrete with Loading Ramp, channels and drainage.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the Accountant-General.
Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
