The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Sewing Cotton in Class 23 and in respect of Sewing Silk in Class 30.
The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "Dewhurst's".
The trade mark in Class 23 and the trade mark in Class 30 are to be associated with each other.
The word "SYLKO as a trade mark is deemed to be distinctive of the Applicants' goods in Hong Kong by Order of the Court dated the 21st September 1940, pursuant to Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1909.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the said Company in respect of Starch and Bleach- ing Powder in Class 47 and in respect of Caustic Soda, Hydrochloric Acid and other Chemical substances used in manufactures in Class 1 since the beginning of the year 1940.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The above three Trade Marks are to be associated with one another.
