The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Canned meat, canned fish, canned vegetable and canned fruits in class 42 for at least 16 years.
Facsimiles of the Trade Mark are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
