(6) Anti-Aircraft practice in the south-eastern area of the Island between

the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Firing Area "B" will be affected.

(c) Light gun firing practice between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12.00

midnight.

Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.

3. Firing practice, as under, is notified for 23rd October, 1940-

(a) Anti-Aircraft practice in the south-eastern area of the Island between

the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Firing Area "B" will be affected.

(b) Light gun firing practice between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12.00

midnight.

Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.

4. Firing practice, as under, is notified for 24th October, 1940:-

(a) Anti-Aircraft practice in the south-eastern area of the Island between

the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Firing Area "B" will be affected.

(b) Light gun firing practice between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12.00

midnight.

Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.

5. Firing practice, as under, is notified for 25th October, 1940 :-

(a) Light gun firing practice between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 12.00

midnight.

Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.

6. In accordance with sub-section 4 of section 4 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, masters of vessels and pilots of aircraft exempt from the operation of this Ordinance under section 10, are warned to assist in the carrying out of the firing practice by hastening through the firing areas affected or by consenting to be towed out of the firing area, if necessary, by any vessel acting under the orders of the Military Authorities.
