Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company duly convened and held at Room 5, 1st floor, Gloucester Building, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong on the 25th day of September, 1940, the following resolution was passed as a Special Resolu- tion:-
"That the Company be wound up volun- tarily and that Mr. Thomas Le C. Kuen, Certified Accountant of Room 5, 1st floor, Gloucester Building, Hong Kong, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
