NOTICE OF FIRING PRACTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE, 1936.
1. Firing practice, as under, is notified for 24th September, 1940:
-
(a) Anti-Aircraft practice in the Southern area of the Island between the
hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
Firing Area "D" will be affected, also Firing Area "C".
(b) Light gun firing practice will be carried out between the hours of 6.00
p.m. and 12.00 midnight.
Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.
2. Firing practice, as under, is notified for 25th September, 1940: -
Heavy gun firing practice between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. Firing Area "B", will be affected.
