Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.

NOTICE is hereby given that British

Celanese Limited, a company incor- porated in accordance with the laws of Great Britain, of Celanese House, 22 and 23 Hanover Square, London, W.1, England, have on the 20th day of March, 1940, applied for registra- tion in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

CELANESE

in the name of British Celanese Limited, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used

by the Applicants forthwith in class 50 in respect of Filaments, fibres, threads and knit- ted, woven and other textile fabrics composed wholly or principally of regenerated cellulose, cellulose derivatives, or other artificial materials.
