The above trade marks are used by the applicants in Class 24 in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds,

Trade Marks Nos. (1) and (2) in respect of Singlets, Shirts and other Arti- cles of Clothing in Class 38 and Trade Mark No. (3) in respect of Shirts, Singlets and Underwears in Class 38.
