NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of
the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, dated the 15th day of July, 1940, confirming the reduction of the capital of the abovenamed Company from $2,400,000 to $1,800,000 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance, were registered by the Re- gistrar of Companies on the 16th day of July, 1940. The said Minute is in the words and figures following:-
"The capital of The Kwo ang Hong Limited is $1,800,000 divid- ed into 24,000 shares of $75 each, instead of $2,400,000 divided into 24,000 shares of $100 each. At the date of registration of this Minute each share is to be deemed to be fully paid up ".
