The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Sugar Candy in Class 42.

That the Registration of the Winged Tiger" mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words " Winged Tiger", and that in use the name or description of the goods appearing on the trade mark varies with the application of the mark to other goods, in respect of which registration is applied for, comprised in the same class.
