The "Twin Circle "trade mark has been used by the applicants in respect of Hair Pomade in class 48 since 1937.
The Mesoline and the "Homes" trade marks are intended to be used forthwith by the applicants in respect of the following goods in the following classes :—
The "Mesoline trade mark is in respect of chemical substances use in medicine prepared for
and pharmacy in class 3, and in respect of Perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and bair and perfumed soap) in class 48.
The "Homes" trade mark is in respect of chemical substances prepared for use in medicine and pharmacy in class 3.
The "Mesoline" trade mark in class 48 in respect of Perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and per- fumed soap) is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 392 of 1931, and 354 and 355 of 1933.
The Twin Circle" trade mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 175 of 1927, 202-205 and 207-212 of 1929, 194-197 of 1930, 393 of 1931, 182 of 1932, 353-357 of 1933 and 267- 270 of 1935.
Representations of the above trade marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also of the undersigned.
