SINGAPORE-EASTERN ENTRANCE TO JOHORE STRAIT.

Buoys Established.

Position.-Eastern Entrance to Johore Strait.

Details. The following buoys have been laid. Bearings and Distances from Changi Beacon.

(a) 119° distant 2.57 miles. A Red topmark. Marked "1".

(b) 111 distant 1.99 miles. A White "Munro" Buoy with staff and

topmark. Marked “2”.

(c) 107 distant 1.76 miles. A Black " Munro

topmark. Marked "3".

To ensure, as far as possible, that they lose no opportunity of entering Hong Kong Harbour by daylight in poor visibility, Masters are advised that, when waiting outside in thick weather, they should set W/T watch from 5 to 15 minutes past each hour from 0705 H to 1815 H inclusive.
